Open Support & Information, choose Delete my account, and confirm the permanent deletion.
The signed-in account, authentication credentials, sessions, Professional-access records and user-linked application data are removed.

HVACR Studio users can permanently delete their account from the mobile app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion from this page.
Request deletion
Email the LEAL support team from or with reference to your registered HVACR Studio email address.
Support may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.
What may remain
Non-identifying security or administrative audit records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory obligations. User-linked search and suggestion records are removed from the active account record.
