HVACR Studio Terms of Use
These terms apply to registration, authorization and use of HVACR Studio Professional by Leal Software Solution Pvt Ltd.
Professional engineering aid
HVACR Studio provides calculation and reference utilities for HVAC&R users. Results are engineering aids and must be reviewed for the actual project, equipment, applicable standards, manufacturer requirements and local regulations.
Account and authorization
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. Registration or successful sign-in does not automatically create a right to use the calculators. Leal may require approval for an account or invitation channel, may configure automatic access for authorized distribution windows, and may reject, suspend or revoke access where reasonably required for rollout control, misuse prevention, security or service administration. One person should not impersonate another user or use another person’s account without authorization.
Membership and pricing
HVACR Studio Professional is positioned as a paid annual membership with the current standard value published on the Pricing page. During a promotional period, Leal may grant the same membership at a partial or 100% promotional discount. Promotional access, eligibility, validity and renewal conditions may differ by campaign and will be shown before activation.
Payments
When online payments are enabled, the payable amount, applicable taxes and subscription period will be displayed before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by CCAvenue or another authorized payment service provider. Leal does not require customers to provide full card numbers, CVV, OTPs or banking passwords directly to HVACR Studio. Payment-related identifiers, transaction status, invoice information and reconciliation records may be retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations.
Cancellation, refunds and digital delivery
Paid orders and subscriptions are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery & Shipping Policy. Because HVACR Studio is digitally delivered, no physical shipping is involved. Where checkout requires acceptance of policies, completing payment confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy presented at checkout.
Calculation scope
Each tool states its method, assumptions and limitations. A result does not constitute project approval, code compliance, equipment selection certification or a substitute for professional engineering judgement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass registration or authorization controls, abuse authentication, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at a harmful rate, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use HVACR Studio in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Leal may correct formulas, update datasets, improve features, add or remove utilities, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. Material changes to account, payment or privacy practices should be reflected in updated terms, policies or notices.
Marketing consent
Promotional email and WhatsApp choices are separate from the account and authorization terms. Declining marketing does not by itself affect whether an otherwise eligible HVACR Studio access request is approved.
Ownership
The HVACR Studio application, original interface, engineering implementations and LEAL branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party standards, datasets and libraries remain subject to their own rights, licenses and attribution.
