Energy & Performance
Record equipment operating performance, compare it only with an explicit approved or known healthy baseline, and track degradation using the same project Equipment Register and Engineering Evidence history.
Use this Work Mode inside a real Project
See role-relevant attention, actions, evidence and connected context without learning the module structure.
What do you want to do now?
Choose one action. You do not need to understand the rest of HVACR Studio before starting.

Start →Typical work in this mode
- Record chiller, pump, fan/AHU or cooling-tower performance
- Set an approved or known healthy baseline
- Compare measured KPI with the captured baseline
- Review equipment performance history
- Open Issue Finder when degradation needs diagnosis
Common problems you may be solving
- High kW/TR
- Low system efficiency
- Airside performance degraded
- Water-side performance degraded
Equipment Performance depth
Performance workflows support chiller kW/TR, pump wire-to-water efficiency, fan/AHU wire-to-static or wire-to-total efficiency, and cooling-tower approach. Baselines and tolerances come from OEM, commissioning, approved project data or a defensible accepted healthy operating point—never an invented universal target.

Need full traceability?
Professional workflows connect the job to the Project and equipment so readings, evidence, issues, corrective actions, verification and reports stay together.
Coming later for this mode
These are planned enhancements, not features required to use the current workflow.
